  • Who do I need a permit from to build a dock?
    You will most likely need a permit from your local government, SC DES (state level), and the US Army Corp of Engineers (federal level).   • Why do I need a surveyor for my dock permit
    A registered land surveyor, among others, are allowed to created the drawings asked of by the governing agencies. We recommend Palmetto Land Surveying.
  • Why are prices so different from various contractors?
    The variation in prices for your dock or seawall depends on the material and style of building be to used. Less material, smaller sized hardware, or a inferior design may reduce the price of a bid but you must consider the area that your structure is in. Using inferior material or designs may put your structure at risk come a strong storm. We offer you two options: 1) the most practical design and material 2) The strongest possible design and material for your particular structure We don't offer weak of subpar designs.
  • Should I insure my dock?
    I would contact a local insurance agent to see what your options are.
  • Have you had any upset clients
    No, we are clear with our clients on what we are giving them for the stated price.
  • Do you offer a warranty on your workmanship?
    Yes, we offer a standard two-year workmanship warranty.
  • Are y'all insured?
    Yes, we carry auto, general liability, and workers comp insurance.
  • How long has your company been in business
    We've been operating as sub-contractors for other well know Marine Construction companies for over 10 years but have been in operation under our own name for two years. We opened up in February 2022.

    Our crew consists of four well trained, smart, and very hardworking men who handle all aspects of building. Our crew outperforms other similarly sized crews from many local companies.
